I’m so so on the taste, but this mixture of ingredients truly works to keep me asleep all night! Plus it’s low on melatonin and the first one I’ve seen with tart cherry which is also good for joint health. Great product!!

I've been using this spray for a long time and it helps to get me to sleep plus if I wake up during the night a few sprays will get me back to sleep.

Have been using for years. Last 4 or 5 bottles stopped spraying about halfway thru bottle. Last new bottle doesn’t spray at all. Spray piece moves but nothing gets sprayed. Very disappointed. Any solutions.?

Dr. Mercola does not stand by their products! I had a bottle leak all over in my suitcase because the bottle does not seal well and they could care less. Poor customer service!

Very effective, non prescription based sleep support. The label says to take an hour before sleep... but I start feeling the effects within minutes! I actually purchased this for my daughter hoping to help her re-regulate her sleep cycles after getting off track and then found that the label says not to use it for people under 18. So I was disappointed that I couldn't find support for my children's sleep but then I used it for myself and got the best night of sleep I've had in a long, long time. I didn't even realize I needed it... (I started at half a dose) but once I felt what it was like to not wake up over and over all night long, I continued use and I'm on my 2nd week of getting the best sleep I've had since having children- over 10 years! The best part is that I have more energy and better thinking during the day. I also do not wake up from my husband's constant movement or his very annoying and early alarm clock- and if I do happen to wake up for one reason or another, I can fall right back to sleep- so no more tossing and turning just hoping to fall asleep again. Did I mention that I fall asleep much faster now? And my body is relaxing from my stressful days much faster. The flavor was not my favorite at first it is more cherry than spearmint, a combination of the two- but it has grown on me and I no longer mind the flavor.
