I was unsure about purchasing after reading the reviews, but I did anyway because you get a lot for a great price! I was pleasantly surprised! They were perfect size and they will work perfectly for throwing out in a parade!

Good Value for a giveaway.

Great price for 144 pieces. I bought them for my 2nd grade students and also for a birthday party. Was told by several students and party guests that some of the noisemakers don't work (or make noise when you blow into them). But since it came with so many pieces, it was fairly easy to just give the student/guest another one. Price was good. Different quality inside package. Some are a little nicer and wrapped in a pack of 10 or 12. The rest were smaller and thrown in a big bag. I actually went and counted each one when I received the package and all 144 were there. Just be advised some might not make noises.

Would not recommend for adults, great for kids in the age bracket of (4yrs to 8yrs old)

So many to choose from. Vibrant colors and fun. They all work and look great!!

Over 1/2 the bag was in pieces. See photo for samples. I had to shift through to find the ones in tact. Then when my 3 yr old & even myself tried to use it, it usually worked 1 in 3 blows. Honestly, I was embarrassed to put them in the goody bags but I spent money on it so I had to get my money's worth. Throwing out the rest of the bag (saving the ones remaining in tact for the kids to mess around with). Next party will probably just pay more money at Party City for better quality or maybe try a few other options. But definitely not this again.
