It works!! I don't know why but I see some bad reviews and I think people either don't know how to use them or are using them wrong. These really are a lifesaver and make it heal a lot faster. I noticed if I put it on the area of my lip and there's not an overproduction of saliva and I hold it on there for like 1 minute long enough for it to attach to the skin, it stays on for a while. If it gets wet first it won't stick. You can even dry it with a cotton ball first. These are the only things that have helped relieve pain and heal it faster at the same time. I do recommend only using half if it's not real big because you get twice as much uses out of it and that way if it doesn't stick then you can try with the other half. These do not stick to gums and I think the closest to your gums the harder it is because of the amount of saliva that sits in your mouth in that area. But like I said hold it on long enough until you know it's attached and you should be good! Also, if you are constantly messing with it in your mouth it won't last as long because you will wear down the gel on the tablet. If you can get it to work properly it's 100% worth it and don't give up. If it doesn't work the first couple of times keep trying. I noticed another review also said that there was no phone number to get a hold of the company but my package came with a card with an email and phone number for dentemp on it. So maybe they did not receive one?? I will attach the photo here! I have not tried contacting the company as I haven't had any issues. I definitely recommend this over any other product that does not work or only takes away the pain for a few minutes. The photo of the tablet in my mouth is 2 hours after applying.

A friend recommended this product to me when I had two large canker sores. The tablet adhered well to the one inside my lip, but it kept slipping off the one under my tongue. I had to adjust it and held it down with my tongue until it stuck. I woke up in the middle of the night with my lips slightly stuck together. The gumminess reminded me of rubber cement from when I was a kid. I removed some of the gel, but the results were fantastic—I only needed one application. My canker sores were no longer painful and started healing. If you have a sore near your lips, it might be best to apply this over the weekend when you can stay at home.

This is the only canker sore treatment that works for me. I can wear this at night and day . Keeps the sore covered even when eating and drinking. Easy to apply and they last for hours.

This is an amazing product. I had a sore in a spot that would my teeth would rub up against and cause healing to be very slow. These cut down what would be probably close to another week of healing time down to one day. They burn slightly when applied, but the burn is no greater than the sore being exposed to air or food, so well worth it. The adhesion is finicky, though. They seem to require a pretty specific amount of moisture to start sticking, unfortunately, too dry or too wet and the reaction doesn’t start properly. Similarly, if you take the gel out to replace it with a new tablet, you can’t get the new tablet to stick until the sore surface is perfectly clean of the gel of the last tablet. So be prepared to have to take a Q-tip to the sore for application. Not very fun.

It is a roughly 1/4 inch diameter pill that, when held in place for a few minutes, expands into a gelatinous area about four or five times as large and, within that area there's no pain. It takes a little dexterity to place and hold the pill in place, but it work nicelys to completely reduce the pain.
