i got mine delivered last Wednesday or tuesday and they're in tablet form

what is the expiration date?

I get these every 2 month and atm the date is in 2022

Do you put on weight after used them?

No you shouldn’t put on weight taking these but if you consume more calories than you use you expend you will gain weight

This has not come in tablet form
