It works
Really does work on my 'mixed ' hair.I have that frizzy combination hair that can be really curly or really frizzy. Some strands are not coiled or more wavy straight and some are coiled. I can't Brush my hair dry or it will expand sideways and instantlytanglr, needs to be wet to brush it, yet it's still not really cur, maybe frizzy waves that always look like i never brush it.....i keep it really long (with layers) because the weight helps keep it down.So that being said. With just some some lotion while wet, i can use this brush as directed and my hair looks really put together and defined, even truely curly, which i prefer because at least it's choosing something. With product like gel or something it can really be defined and super curly. So for me and my 'type' of hair, this is a godsend. I just wish the handle was more substantial because it's pointy and small, slippery even. Sometimes it's hard to beush through my hair and the brush slips or is difficult to grip. I try to remember to put my hair up for bed, but if i don't, then I'm fumbling around with the brush for a while, so i use a better grip brush first, then end with this one for definition.

Amazing definition
That product is amazing at defining my curls. I love the use of both tension and separation to make my curls perfectly bouncy and not clump together too much. Some notes: make sure your hair is already detangled, this brush is not for detangling and will cause damage. Also be sure that your hair has plenty of water and product so the brush glides through smoothly, avoiding as much mechanical damage as possible. Don't take too large sections! That will cause too much tension and damage your strands. This product is great and I recommend for all hair and curl types.

Love this brush. Volume and definition
This brush has cut down my routine so much. I have very thin (thinning) 3B / 3C hair, so I bought the volumizing brush, but I still want definition. This brush does both for me. No need for finger coiling. I get both volume and definition. (That may not be the same result if you have thicker hair)

Bounce Curl for the Win!
This brush has changed the game with my styling routine. My curls are tight coils but tend to loos their definition quickly. Once I got this brush my curls have stayed longer and more defined over the course of 5 days. Don’t hesitate just buy this!!

Don’t drop it!
I absolutely love the Bounce Curl Volume Brush! It delivers amazing results, making it a staple in my curly hair routine. One of the best features is the pointed tip on the handle, which makes sectioning so quick and precise — it’s honestly the second-best part of the brush after its grooved edges.Unfortunately, I had slippery product on my hands and accidentally dropped it. The pointed tip broke and splintered, which was disappointing since it was such a useful detail. I wish the tip were more durable or had a reinforced design, especially since it's a tool we often use with wet or product-coated hands.Despite that, I still highly recommend this brush. Just be extra careful when handling it!

Rarely do I give 5 stars
Especially with curly hair products , However; this brush is the greatest thing since the good old Denman brush. Creates amazing, voluminous curls. Appears very durable. Nice feel and grip in the hand, it works!!

not a must have
I love bounce curl products and I was intrigued by this brush. I decided to not be an early adopter of the define brush, especially when I heard she was developing different versions. when the volume brush dropped, I was in and just needed a sale. I have used the brush twice now and have mixed feelings. I am used to brush styling with my tangle teezer, but this brush takes some practice. the first time my hair was pretty frizzy, especially in the back according to my sister. the second time, I made sure myhair was really wet, which seemed to help with getting more defined clumps near my roots. I typically do my cream, gel and then brush style. I feel like the bristles of this brush may brush out some product, so I reapply gel after with this too. I don’t have that issue with the tangle teezer since it is all plastic. I do feel like my curls are better defined from root to end, where with the tangle teezer I had more clumping of curls where I had to go through and separate after breaking the cast and throughout the week. however, I do not feel as though I get as many ringlets. maybe I actually need the define brush to get the results I want? I also do not feel as though this brush gives me any more volume than before. can’t say at this point the brush will stay in rotation, but will keep playing around with it. given the price and results so far, it is not a brush I would say is a must have.
