Very good for wrist therapy.
Being used as part of rehab for my wife's broken wrist. They are very good with good progression between the easiest and the hardest. Building the blocks is very helpful in the process. They appear sturdy enough to last so overall pleased with them.

Interesting way to strengthen fingers with plenty of scope for strength development
A determining factor with grip strengtheners and finger exercisers is ultimately their final degree of resistance: are they sufficient to allow a reasonable degree of development? With this set of finger exercisers I would say, yes. I have a fairly strong grip so can easily close the black strongest exerciser of 8lb with my index finger and thumb, but am struggling somewhat with my other fingers, and especially my little finger, even on some of the weaker exercisers. This therefore leaves plenty of scope for development, of which by the time I can eventually close the black exerciser with my little finger I’ll have a lot of strength across all my fingers. Naturally, all the exercisers have limits and don’t offer continuous resistance, but there’s enough here to make a genuine difference. For people of average or weak grip strength there’ll be a lot more. It’s great that they work with all fingers (individually or in combinations), which makes them much more useful. In fact, anybody can use these; even for those who just want to resume or maintain a normal level of strength without going for a powerful grip. The fun activity of moving the blocks around and making mini towers makes them just that little bit more interesting to use. Also, rather nice is that a branded pouch with a drawstring is included to keep everything all nicely together without having to pile everything back in the box they came in or having them lying around somewhere. An instructional manual is included too which shows what resistance belongs to which exerciser, amongst other things.A tip when using these is not to bother so much with repetitions, but instead to squeeze them to near maximum capability and hold for a short while (without undue strain), which has the advantage of keeping pressure applied for longer periods at the maximum resistance and avoids the usual easing off of normal repetitions.I think for the price they’re a worthwhile buy, and are genuinely useful. And if nothing else they’ll hang a towel or two on a washing line.

Finger pinch exerciser
These are handy plastic pegs to help build up finger muscles. There are 5 different resistances, from 1 lb to 8 lb.I have been using these sporadically, so I haven't really noticed any strengths differences, but I will be trying to use them every day. As my hand strength is not that strong.I do like that it comes with a button that gives you pointers.

Unusual & effective finger pinch strengthener. 5 levels of progressive resistance. Inexpensive.
Hand and finger strengtheners are two a penny (not literally, alas!) on Amazon. They take the form of doughnuts / balls / eggs and other shapes for which I have no name, solid or air-filled. They are also marketed as stress-reducers. There are also devices where you work against springs, some of them claiming to be adjustable and to count your repetitions. In my experience, the adjustment and the counting never work properly. Having tried them all, my preference is for the solid ball shapes and the much lighter air-filled strangely shaped ones (better for carrying about and using on the bus.)While the above are good for hand, finger and even wrist and forearm exercises, I have always felt they failed to address my most obvious real life problem, which is the weakness of my pinch grip. I am delighted to have these ingenious gadgets which promise to fill that gap. They look like beefed up clothes pegs. You have five colours to choose from, mounting as is traditional from the weak yellow to the impossible to budge black. For me, the yellow is too easy but the red gives a reasonable resistance. I could perform sets of eg 20 reps with the red. The green is harder, but still doable for a lower number of reps. The blue I can only move a very little, and the black not at all. This gives me scope for lots of improvement. Most other grip exercisers only offer 3 different levels of resistance.A charming touch is the small natural wood blocks also supplied. Building them into little towers using the pinch exerciser is quite challenging and interesting. This might be even more motivating for children or those in their 2nd childhood. Everything is light. Carrying one or two of the "clothes pegs" plus all the wooden blocks even in a handbag would pose no problem. The current price of £9.99 for the set of five grips plus wooden blocks seems to me reasonable. If on receipt you are disappointed, which I think unlikely, Fitbeast offers Free Returns.

Really good.
This is a good set of things to assist in the strengthening and increase of dexterity of the hands. It comprises five varying strength "pegs" or clips that can be used , as well as various shaped wooden pieces (dome, spherical and cube). It comes with an instruction booklet with useful exercises and explanations of issues with the hand area. It also comes with a storage bag to keep everything together.
