Easy to put on and comfortable to wear
I have had a few waist trimmers over the past year but as I am quite short I find some of them very uncomfortable to wear. I really like the Foison waist trimmer as it is not very thick so I can wear it at the gym and under my clothes at home when I am doing the housework. The trimmer is adjustable so will fit a wide range of sizes, it opens and closes with a Velcro sectionThis is a great waist trimmer and I would be happy to recommend it.

Great item if you going to combine it with diet and gym!!!!!!
Very useful for those who want to lose weight.I've wore it for 3 days when I went to the gym and lost 2kg seems like a good result so far.For better result you need to wear it when you doing cardio, cycling / running etc..Very comfortable, easy to adjust it to your waist size, good material no any allergic reaction to it.Easy to clean it when its get dirty, so if you want to get your summer body than this product definitely for you.

It really help to protect back
It is really help with my floor tile laying DIY work. Half an hour work without it would make me hard to stand up and straight my back. With this belt I bent down and work for hours and do not feel bad and no problems next morning.

more suitable for taller built bodies
this is a little big on a petite (4'11- 115 lbs) person. Fitted my husband much better. He tried it (though he didn't really exercise) for 2 hours. Husband was going about doing physical work ---- moving things, etc. He said he sweated around the waist area.
