Good bit for the price
We needed a snaffle with a shank for 4H. We normally ride in an O ring snaffle however 4h rules is it needs a shank. This has been an easy switch for our horse. She does great in this bit

Great leverage for horse in training
I like this bit for my pony. Gives good leverage. Trying to teach her to drop her head more. She’s a lil hot sometimes and this has a good stop. I use the chain with this bit. I’m trying not to have to use a tie down anymore. She seems happy with it and it’s similar to one of my English snaffle bits. So far it has not rusted and I am happy with it.

Product does exactly what it’s made for and priced right!
This particular bit is great for a “barn sour” horse, or just starting to break in a new rider. It applies pressure , but in a firm, but non harmful manner. Have been a big fan of Weaver products for over 30 years, coming from a family of horse breeders, trainers, riders, and show winners for 5 generations.

Finally, a comfortable bit!
