At first I thought this light was just a cheap light, but after buying 2 of the 4ft lights these things are great!! My plants came back to life!! I had current USA lights but they just were not that bright and not full spectrum, my plants were alive but not thriving, now they are and I’ve just had the lights for a month now, great lights you could charge a lot more for these it’s worth it!!! Plus the programming was super easy just took me a couple of times to get it where I wanted it! Thank you for a great product with honest reviews.

Day 1 with this light and already super satisfied with it, if it doesn't hold up to this review I will revise. I got this light all setup on my community tank and was so impressed with the vibrant colors, brightness, glofish capability, the white light, brightness adjustments, etc. I decided to grab a second one that is still on the way, for my axo tank. A light on an axo tank? YUP, this is the light for them, you can make the light so soft it won't disturb them, and with the wide array of color, you can give them a colorful yet beautiful display. My setup is still not fully done but I'll include a shot of the community tank with the blue light at 80% this is the best light I've owned thus far being into aquariums, it may not be the cheapest but it's far from the most expensive, it's a great middle ground light that is for sure.

Good light for the money. Not as bright as a Hygger 957 but close. I wish it had a stronger red spectrum for growing but overall seems ok. The controller was easy to set up 24/7 mode after following the directions but DIY settings are challenging. I'm satisfied with the output of the light but the packaging is bad as described below. Important to note that this is my second light of this model. The first one received was damaged. The manufacturer puts it in a lightweight box with very little protection, then Amazon shipped it by only putting a label on that original box. The first one arrived bent. The box is also unsealed (both first and replacement) so check that everything is included. Also a word of warning, if you have to return it then you are on the hook for providing a new box, UPS will not accept this shipped back using the box it came in. If you receive the box and it is damaged even slightly I recommend refusing delivery to avoid return hassles.

Fantastic aquarium light, much more adaptable to my needs than the simple ON/OFF tube light I was using. Unit is programmable to simulate sunrise, low light, bright mid-day light, sunset, and moonlight. Intensity is also adjustable to reduce overgrowth of algae and moss, and I no longer have to turn the light on or off since it does this on the schedule I set. Would recommend this unit without hesitation.

I really like the design of this light. It corrects several problems that I had with previous lights. I especially like the lightweight light bar, the inline controller and the compact wall wart power supply. I have filers above the light in my setup so the waterproofed light bar was a requirement. I was replacing an older design where the PC style power brick failed. The light intensity is impressive given the small size of the power supply. However, as with almost any product, there is some room for improvement: The labeling on the controller is difficult to read in low light. It needs to be printed in a bright white. The higher elevation provided by the wire supports is great but set screws should be added to enable fixing the length adjustment. Packaging is good unless delivered in pouring rain. Then it should be assumed that the box could fill with water. Unless also water-proofed, the power supply and controller should be shrink-wrapped.

The lights looks great. It took me awhile to set up all the 24/7 light color changes. I’m not very tech knowledgeable. But I was able to finally get it set up. I used to forget to turn the light on or off. Now it’s all set on a timer. I love it.

Works well once you have it set up, but don't lose the manual. You will never figure out the controls without it. Even with the instructions I had to read them very carefully to figure out how to set it up. It is not very intuitive. Luckily there is a QR code on the back of the controller that brings up the instructions should you lose them.

10/10 Would recommend to anybody. for the price you pay I am extremely impressed with both the quality of the product and how well it works. it is very easy to set up and although the controller my look confusing at first it is actually very simple to use. This is helped by the faked you are provided with an easy to follow instruction booklet as wall as the seller sending you a message on amazon with a link to a in-depth user manual if you need it. the 48-54 inch light fits perfectly and is doing a fantastic job of lighting my 750 litter tank and the 24/7 auto timer is such a nice fetcher that leaves my tank looking amazing at all times of day. I have been left extremely impressed by both the seller and the product.
