Harry Potter for the advanced, but then real. If you somehow realize that this is real, you will be blown away by its richness. I advice everyone to do the online Inner Engineering course offered by Sadhguru. Or the free Isha Kriya tool. Or start with the seven 5 minute yoga exercises available through youtube and a smartphone app (Upa yoga). Because you can read many great books on this subject, nothing beats the real thing which is actually trying the offered yoga technologies.

Got it for the Mrs. She seems to have liked it.Asked her what she thought and she gave it a 10/10.

Really fascinating and beautifully written book. Great read if you are as interested as I am in Sadhguru’s spiritual teachings. I loved it.

Good read to what truly is a life well lived and putting the mystic aside, for me Sadhguru teachings make sense.
