Excellent clock

After receiving the clock I put the battery in and it set the time automatically, however the time it chose to set was an hour later than the actual time.I reset the clock and tried again with the same result.I then manually changed the time using the instructions provided but this morning it was an hour fast again!I don't feel as though I should waste any more of my time on this piece of junk and so will return it.

The clock is exactly as described - excellent timekeeper (naturally being radio-controlled) but the thermometer and hygrometer are just ornamental. I have the clock in the kitchen. The clock's registered temp. is nowhere the actual room temp (checked against the room thermostat). Similarly, the hygrometer shows the same reading irrespective of the actual vapour level in the room. The additional instrumentation is decorative rather than functional - but I did buy this as a clock and am very pleased with it. It is a minimalist, uncluttered, clear instrument and in my opinion well worth the price.

This clock made no attempt to to start working, with good quality new cells from Amazon. Maybe just a bad sample.Amazon's returns policy is, as usual, very good. It was collected and the price refunded.Five stars for customer service, but none for the clock. Strangely, the old clock it was intended to replace seemed to take the hint and start telling the correct time again.

We bought this for its radio control so we didn't have to change the time twice a year.Despite following quite fiddly instructions to the letter it didn't work. Please see 3 photos of instructions.Eventually we manually set the time...very laborious as this requires frequent pressing of recessed buttons.We optimistically thought that having done this the clock would receive the signals and link in.Well the hour changed and the clock didn'tSo back to manual adjustment.Really wish I could award negative stars.

Read the instructions.The clock is ok and has a clear easy read face.It takes a while to settle. So give it time!It has been keeping perfect time after the initial setting up.

It is a good clock made quality components

I suspected this clock when I received the packaging. It had clearly been opened previously and resealed with sellotape. Nevertheless, I have tried numerous times to get the clock to work and it will not start even though there is a whirring sound of the motor mechanism. This implies a basic fault with the clock. I suspect that a previous purchaser has had the same experience and returned it only for the clock to be recycled to me. Be very wary!! I am returning the clock.
