These One Piece party decorations arrived in a very compact package and I did not think it was going to be complete - but sure enough, every item is safely and neatly packed into the outer packaging.The backdrop is not plastic, more like a canvas-type material, maybe. It is far higher quality than I ever expected and will hold up far beyond the birthday party. It could be used as a wall hanging long-term, if desired.The other items, specifically the Happy Birthday banner and swirly hanging decorations do not come assembled, so you need some patience to get them assembled. But again, the quality of these pieces is far better than I would have expected for less than $25 for this whole kit. The pieces are thick/sturdy and the color and design are excellent!I haven't taken the balloons to get filled with helium just yet, but I'm looking forward to them adding to the decorations already in place.My only 'complaint' is that the latex balloons have a horrible smell to them.There are,of course, MANY other pieces I haven't mentioned - plates, napkins, plasticware, cake decor and cupcake toppers...ALL are excellent quality, sturdy, beautiful colors, great images!Overall, I highly recommend this kit for Birthday or other decoration for all the One Piece fans out there!

Has everything you need so I think it's worth the money, and the quality is great. You can also use the banner after just for your wall decor.

For my small party these decorations really made the party all together! My son kept the backdrop for his room ,the quality of the backdrop is a strong material and colors are so vibrant. Worth the money

10/10 I would definitely purchase again. I love the quality of the backdrop and was able to reuse it again in my son‘s room after his birthday. Everything was better quality than I expected and I love the foil balloons! Great price!
