SamsungGalaxy XCover7 5G G556B/DS 128GB 6GB Dual SIM Factory Unlocked GSM Smartphone (International Version - not Compatible with Verizon/Sprint) - Black

I made the mistake of glossing over the item description and not paying attention to "International Model". When I was activating the phone, I got a text from my carrier saying the phone could not be used in the USA, I took the battery out to stop the doenload, but couldn't restart the phone afterward. It was completely black. I returned the phone to Integron requesting a refund. I missed the first message or two from Integron and complained that the refund took too long. Turned out after I communicated with them, they happily resolved the problem The confusion was totally my fault.

It stopped working and cannot be fixed in the United States since it's from Germany. Update; I contacted the Samsung in the UK and they cannot fix it since it was purchased in the United States. So basically I lost $400 because no Samsung anywhere in the world will fix it! I'm so mad. I never would have guessed that purchasing an international phone would mean that if it needs repair, no one can do it.

This is one of those WTF moments. This is my third xcover phone. I remember reading the specs and reasons why for this why for that. Such as fingerprint scanner. Yup that's why I bought it. Rugged and idiot proof especially when abroad and I want to check my bank. Just use fingerprint scanner. Well I bought this phone and begin to install and sign into apps and I'm trying to set up the fingerprint scanner. And there is none on this phone. For my this makes this phone unusable. I need to quickly get in and out of apps. Literally a waste of money skip this phone I'm so disappointed.
