This product is amazing.. i eat and drink like crazy so at some point i told myself i need to detox. First four capsules and everything went out.. like cleaned me up guts and all. It also helps me when i drink helping metabolize the alcohol faster and i dont get hangovers. I think im going to keep on using this. No charcoal taste at all and no after taste. For the price, its totally worth it.

This charcoal really helped my family get through a stomach bug that had been going around. It has no taste and the capsules are easy to open-up and pour into a beverage for simpler consumption. The size was more than enough for a family of 6 adults who took two pills in the morning and evening for 3-4 days! I had a canned iced coffee this morning and it wrecked my gi system! I tried peppermint tea and deep breathing but my stomach cramped up even more. I remembered I purchased these charcoal pills for a detox program I'd be doing later this month. I decided to take ONE pill to see if it would help around 20 minutes ago and JESUS TAKE THE WHEEL!! Right now my stomach feels 90% better.****Update--- 1 hour after taking 1 pill I feel 100% better as if I had not drank that evil iced coffee. Note that I took only 1 pill due to my body size (100 lbs)

Works well! Took it on a hedonistic vacation and it saved us! We had a great time and no hangovers. I'm switching to this over coconut charcoal. Bamboo seems to absorb more toxins.
