I ordered this for my care home and it has wonderful! The only downside is that if you get it wet the screen is wonky- but it still works, we take it off before we wash our hands and the problem is solved. I LOVE that I can name each call button so I know exactly which client needs assistance and I do t have to go room to room. I originally had a call bell system that was 3x the price but it was too loud and not dependable, I have had this one for almost a year and it is still running strong!

Works great , good range, is very simple to set up and operate . Have bought two now !

The product operates and functions as stated, just not at 1000' ft range ( open) we tested just under 400'or that the watch standby lasts 7 days- it's dead in 3 days- consistently.overall the watch does vibrate -audio alert chime-and flashes when the pager button is pushed.yes everything works great- for the medical alert paging system goes. 4.6-- lying about its limitations..???

Relatively easy to set up

I bought this item less than two months ago and it has stopped taking a charge. It shows it is charging when I plug it in but it remains dead. A lot of money to spend on something that lasts such a short time. I also wish that Amazon made it easier to get satisfaction with a purchase like this. I also wish there was a rating less than one star.

It has not given me any issues for months now, I love it!
