Finally!! Relief from my neuropathic itch! Using this product is safer than having unwanted medication coursing through my body. No "Ben Gay smell", which is wonderful! One thing I have noticed is that some Capsaicin products will leave an immediate, long-lasting burning sensation when applied. For the most part, this product does not. I can feel it if I place it on areas where my skin is thinner (feet, ankles, etc ...) and then cover those areas with shoes or put them under a blanket. But it's not too uncomfortable. So, there is the heat factor, but it's definitely not as severe as the Capzasin brand. I also appreciate the roll-on applicator option, which ensures my hands won't be unnecessarily covered. This might prove difficult if a person needs to get between toes or fingers, but that isn't an issue for me. TAKE NOTE: The product stays on the body for at least two days. I know this because I can still feel the heat at times, especially in the shower. Also, two days after application, my dog licked my leg and let me know that he could taste it. So, just be aware of that.Neuropathic itch is maddening, and this product is effective in providing immediate, long-lasting relief at a price that is more affordable than a prescription.

I’d rate it lower than a 1 star if I could! I’m generally very diligent about reading the customers reviews before I purchase and failed to on this product. Had I read reviews, I would not have purchased this. It is absolutely horrible! It masks any pain or discomfort with an even much worse and different pain and discomfort. It is like rubbing the hottest chile peppers on your skin. I could not even wash it off with soap to neutralize the burning pain. It is the worst “snake oil “ I have ever applied to my skin. If you happen to accidentally get some on your hands, you will transfer the burning pain to other parts of your body. I made the mistake of scratching my eyelid and my skin was on fire. Ouch!!!

This product is super effective. People give low reviews for the product simply doing its job. Its capsaicin...its supposed to burn. This product quickens my healing time from muscle discomfort up to completely throwing out my back 10-fold. Highly recommend but just know...it hurts...but thats how you know its working. It doesn't just mask the pain...it heals.

I’ve used this in the past for various aches and pains and found it works well to ease whatever pain I had. This time I used it on the front of my hips because that’s the area that was bothering me the most. After a few minutes the right hip was itching so bad I had to wash it off. No redness or rash, just itching. It’s easy to apply just like a roll-on deodorant. As long as you don’t get it on your hands.where it was it got on my underwear and then on my hands when using the bathroom. No odor to it and the heat was mild.

Works exactly how it should, delightfully strong burn from the capsaicin. Non-greasy roll on is super convenient for blue collar workday aches and pains.Please note most of the negative reviews are people complaining that it burns.... IT'S PURE CAPSAICIN, all you had to do was read the ingredients before you buy!!

I’ve ordered many different muscle rubs to try and find something with heat. And nothing seam to have any heat to it. This is it!! ThermaCare is the best!! I can feel the hotness for days. Just what I’ve been searching for. HOT HOT HOT. I don’t need to keep searching any longer. 🥰
