Such an amazing blender was going to buy a very expensive vitamin because of the high pulse action however this blender is just as good as a vitamin easy to clean big hug for four smoothie metal gears which means it's not cheap plastic crap when I compared it to other blenders there was no contest this is the best smoothie maker there is two year warranty too!!!! Love it!!! Plus extreme high mixing action 32000!!!! Cuts ice like it's nothing frozen fruit like nothing just amazing product!!

Bought the blender for the shop ,I don't have any problems with it works just fine,. Cuts everything in small pieces. I tried one time crush ice. Ice been crushed all most all only few bit been not completely crushed. Good job! I would recommend this blender !

This product is top notch. It’s really powerful, fast and stylish.It goes really well with my kitchens design.The only thing I could complain is it’s very loud.

I am impressed by the mixer. First, it is easy to use. I freeze fruits / vegetables pre-cut and portioned. then in the morning, smoothie can be done very quickly. the mixer has real power, so far he manages almost everything without any problem. Otherwise you can make the same sojadrink at home with the mixer. really great device !!!

This smoothie maker is ideal for making soup. It is fast at smoothing soup, the best I have ever had. it is not as noisy as others I have used. It is perfectly easy to clean, in fact its design makes it the best I have had. For someone like me who makes soup twice weekly it is a boon. I have also found that it works a treat to make ice cream using frozen fruit.

HOPELESS WEBSITEThe blender looks very good and operates fine so far. As with all electrical products I tried to follow the instructions on the warranty card, logged onto the website selected warranty tab which just returned me to the main website went round and round in circles trying to select warranty eventually selected contact us which just took me back to the main website yet again. I have managed to contact aicok and have emailed them I have had a auto response but nothing else.The warranty period for this equipment is set at two years if it fails before Amazon will hear from me.

I have used this product with success for a few weeks, but today I used it to chop a batch of nuts: brazils, almonds, pecans. It produced a paste rather than chopped nuts, so not suitable for this purpose. The self-cleaning setting works very well. It seems well built and stays put on the worktop surface when running thanks to its rubber feet. The manual is unhelpful, but the control settings are fairly obvious.

Sounds like a jet starting when you use it so don't even think about using this if you are remotely considerate towards the people you live with.However, if you don't care for your neighborhood, want to burst your eardrums or someone needs wake up this is a very good blender. Works incredibly well for blending.UPDATE: Customer service for this product was outstanding, and because of this I will definitely be shopping with Aicok again. Cannot recommend enough because of how quickly this issue was resolved. Thanks.
