Good quality and accuracy on a large, easy to see thermometer. I did calibrate in boiling water before use, and it has held calibration better than some others. Nice addition to my Big Green Egg!

Finally had to replace the thermometer on my BGE, and I'm glad I chose this one. It is easy to read, and I like the idea of being able to calibrate it. I checked it for accuracy before installing it, and it was right on the money.

Nice face easy to read, looks good, it doesn't seem to really want to get tight with the clip that is holding it on, I've bent, pulled, and pushed about all I can without breaking it.Just a minor problem, doesn't effect the guage working properly at all.Just gets loose and the Guage will kinda turn a little ,and you have to straighten it up.That's the only reason for 4 star.

this works even better than the priginal Kamado Joe one, it has Farenheit and Celcius. It comes calibrated (or so the box says) but I would recommend calibrating it before using. Easy to install yourself, and not a bad price.

My original less than 1 year old XL BGE thermometer was very inaccurate. I calibrated it at 212f/100c, at 225 it read 250f. The error wasn’t linear.This replacement has bern spot on from 100-750f. Haven’t been hotter then 750f.The unit is aesthetically, pleasing, easier to read. Far better product than the original I recommend it.

I have had this now for several months. It works just like it should. No issues at all.

Nice upgrade from the stock thermometer. Quick response, appears to be accurate. Nice LARGE dial.

I’ve had this thermometer for some time while building my outdoor kitchen. I have recently used twice and the temperature is off considerably. I have used two other sources to validate. This could be this one individual item or the model.
