Jeyes fluid Ready To use

Is good for the yard without too much smell. Seems watery but it does the job and doesn't leave an after film on the surface. . But I miss the old thick product

Smells more like washing up liquid in the bottle, but once on the ground and given a good ord scrub, it smells 'Jeyes' .. Gets rid of dog waste smells, so does the job well. Shame it doesnt smell as strong as the old stuff..

I always use this for my outside grates. This large container is easy to open but I found the smaller tin was more difficult, and I was worried about this one. This type of safety cap can sometimes go wrong, but is used extensively for chemicals now, so will have to get used to it

A bit of a mistake on my part. I thought I'd ordered, the far better neat product, (which I've got another of now). This works OK, just depends on the concentration you need.

I have used Jeyes fluid for many years, as did my parents before me. I am very used to the dark brown appearance and the strong smell - which somehow felt reassuring to me. The product has been changed slightly, the dye is no longer added, and it is now almost odourless. At first I wondered if I had been sent some sort of counterfeit item. However, on the Product page here, the manufacturer "blurb" states "We have removed the dye from our formula to ensure the product can be used across light coloured surfaces with no fear of staining. This hasn’t impacted the product performance." I use it for disinfecting/deodorising my food-waste bin and wheelie bins, and numerous other uses. It seems to work just as effectively as the old dark-coloured version used to.

Brilliant on the patio

First off, I'll explain the 3 stars for the scent. That's because it's not a scent I particularly enjoy, but one I can easily overlook. It is what it is. Jeyes fluid has long been the dependable solution for nasty jobs like rinsing out the bins and drains, or cleaning off the patio/path. This 4l container is great value compared to the price of smaller jugs in the shops, plus you don't have to lug it home. If you have a need for Jeyes Fluid for your cleaning, this is a cost effective solution.
