Works as it should flies really high the battery life is pretty good definitely wind resistant the quality of it is amazing and sturdy and durable. The remote controls can be a little difficult but once you get the hang of it seems like a piece of cake definitely worth all the money I spent it made my husband happy and we are able to take family pictures on our own the camera is clear worth the purchase

First - about drones in general: I cannot recommend DJI products high enough. I have ordered several down thru the years. My big clumsy PHANTOM 3 still, after 15+ years of use, delivers outstanding performance, including high resolution/outstanding color saturation. One of the four batteries I bought new at the time has grown weak......! Not bad after that much time and use! Second - my present purchase. I ordered a FLIP thru Amazon, and it came as represented. I had a very time-consuming initial problem getting the controller/screen to "link" with the FLIP. Reason.....trying to enter the info. on my DJI account, their system kept converting what I was typing in English, into Chine. Thanks to DJI's excellent customer back-up, by telephone their people were able to get me squared away. BOTTOM LINE - if YOU can get your hands on a DJI drone product, you will be as pleased as I am once you get it operational/"linked" to either your cell-phone or the controller (the more expensve "screen" controller is, in my opinion, well worth the money. You may spend some time on the phone or in chat getting aquared away on the down-loads, but once you get it squared away, guaranteed you will be very VERY satisfied.

My 1st drone. I love it so far. It has about a 30 minute flight life. I need to get another battery, because it seems to take forever to charge.

very fun and easy to operate drone. the rotor covers make it more noisy than other non-shroweded designs, however the propellers are well protected and you’ll not going to be replacing them - hopefully ever. One bit disappointment was the lack of ability in this level drone to do pre-programmed routes or to save waypoints. Camera quality is good. I really like how compact it is, and folds up easily. The batteries can only be charged while in the drone or in the dedicated battery charger - you can’t charge the batteries directly without some type of holder. This level (<250gram) can only be used for “recreation” and not legal for real estate photos or anything related to business or other than “just for fun”. Limitations include operation in windy conditions. Since its max speed (even in Sport mode) is about 20 mph, it can have a hard time keeping up with the desired motion in wind. The gimbal also get’s “overloaded” and looses it’s ability to take stable video if it get’s too much turbulence or other similar

Drone was amazing until this error came on the screen. Camera lens error. Restart aircraft. Contact DJI Support if issue persists after restart (Code: 1c000310; 1c000311) Camera and all functioned still worked

I started with the RC2 set up. once it was up and running it functioned for a little over an hour while I was running the drone simulator. While updating firmware the controller shut off I turned it on now it stays stuck on the boot up dji logo screen every time i turn it on rendering it unusable. Various forums suggest a hard reset by holding power button for about 15 seconds till it shuts off which didn’t work for me. They also suggest downloading DJI assistant 2 software to remove/install firmware via pc/mac which also didn’t work software does not recognize controller due to it being froze on start up screen. Can’t factory reset due to controller being frozen on start up screen. I was thinking of contacting DJI using the online repair service but “ Due to customs-related policy factors, we are currently facing disruptions in the supply of certain materials” “The estimated processing time required is 60-90 calendar days or longer after DJI receives your product” I never got to fly the drone Apparently Dji knows this is a problem

The quality u get with a DJI Drone is far and away better than anything else on the market and its not even close. The software is extremely user friendly literally anyone can pick one up and fly it. And the actual build of the drone and remote is impressive. They work consistently every time at a very high level. Its a shame they aren't going to be available for much longer. If you have the opportunity to get your hands on any of their consumer drones I would recommend it. They're not cheap by any means but worth the investment.

Fantastic drone for beginners. Already crashed this thing into a tree 20 feet up.. fell onto a wooden deck. To my shick, no damage. I'm impressed. Camera takes great 4k60 video. Happy with this purchase. RC2 controller is very well built.

Súper divertido y práctico. Que las hélices sean plegables lo hace súper práctico. Además puedes aterrizarlo y despegarlo desde la mano con mucha comodidad por la protección que trae. La batería no dura mucho, así que si puedes comprar el combo fly more tendrás más minutos de diversion. 10/10 el drone

Account: Everything was alright. The setup went fine. It worked for about 5–10 minutes. After that, there was no internet connection, so I couldn't update it. It says there's an update available, but there's no internet connection. I tried everything: Reinstalling the app Resetting the drone It just won't connect. I wanted to remove the account, but without an internet connection, I can't do anything Working now.
