The planks are thick, solid, and a great value for the money. For me, they fit two salmon filets just right, but I get why some say they’re too small for bigger cuts. The real downside? They burn fast. If you don’t watch closely, they’ll flare up and disappear quicker than you’d like. Bottom line: fantastic flavor, solid quality, but be ready to babysit the grill.

They work great with salmon and much less expensive than the ones in the grocery store.

Great planks, reasonable pricing use them all the time

I’m giving 5 stars because they worked exactly as expected. But they are kinda small. That’s not the sellers fault because it’s in the description. They worked great once I cut my salmon into normal size pieces. Normally I prefer to do the whole filet on one board but these worked great for a couple servings on one board.

I'm going to give you my honest feedback in regards to to these cedar planks I bought them for salmon to put on the barbecue and while I'll admit it does cook well on these but they do not give the food any smokey flavor at all but if you are looking for wooden planks that you could just put any type of meat or fish on it so it doesn't touch the grates this is the perfect thing for that but don't expect any flavor from it although while it's on the grill it does give off a beautiful smoky aroma but it does not cause enough smoke to penetrate to give it a flavor
