The capsules are a good size and easy to swallow, they have no taste. I feel they are s good quality and feel they are effective. My nails and hair seem to be better.

It could be that there was a deficiency prior, all the more this is a great product. Hair is thicker too, skin is glowing more and thankful there is no excessive body hair in other areas, It does give a boost of energy without the dragged feeling afterward. capsule size is reasonable and easy to swallow with no after taste, or stomach discomfort. I live in the derest SW of the US. Dry summers, dry winters. I have seen a real difference in my hair. During an illness it thinned out. I can clearly see my new growth. The pills are large and you can taste them later if you know what I mean. But that’s infrequent. They are a little on the big side but not the biggest I’ve seen. I can take two with two multivitamins so not super huge. I highly recommend these and have been using them for over six months now.

I have to say these are the best biotin pills I have ever taken. I have tried gummies etc. never again. I will stick to this product although the pills are a bit large for my liking I have to say it’s worth taking them. They are actually easy to swallow.
