Super hot and flavorful , so hot you only need a drop , bottle will last a long time
My favorite hot sauce, this is my go to hot sauce for years, I love super hot foods and most times I get disappointed with most hot sauces not spicy enough but they might be hot but has no flavor just hot , but this sauce has great flavor and super hot , I mean one drop in a pot of pasta sauce brings out great flavor and makes it spicy hot, I use a drop of this in BBQ sauces to make ribs I tell you it’s the best flavor ribs ever, so if you like hot and spicy with flavor this hot sauce is the one , it’s very versatile to cook with

Booyah!!! This is the best hottest stuff there is! I don't know who Dave is but he makes a great sauce. Not for the faint at heart or soft of tongue. Love it in my stews and on my nachos!

My new fave
Really adds heat without any flavor. Great addition to soups or sauces to bring the heat level up but not impact the taste too much. Shocking how much a couple DROPS will do

A little dab will do you
This stuff is legit, I use a toothpick and get a drop or so and mix it in with salsa usually as medium isn’t quite warm enough-do not touch eyes or privates until thoroughly washing your hands-you can thank me later.

HOT HOT HOT!!! Caution
My son tried a little bit with instant regret! I diluted 100 times with water to make a natural rabbit repellent and it works! Even with gloves and googles I still get a bit heat just by breathing near the spray! I wouldn't recommend spraying it on plant meant to be eaten by humans that's how hot it is! Note it comes out thick like ketchup so you don't empty the whole bottle out by accident! Great product well done!

Excellent Sauce But Very Hot!
I love this stuff, partly because my name is Dave, and also because it so useful for adding heat to food. I had to replace an old bottle I had used up, and it's not easy to find in the stores. Unless you cook a LOT of super spicy foods, this tiny bottle should last a long time. I usually just need a drop or two at a time! When the old bottle started to run low, I added some water to make it easier to get the last bit out, and the diluted sauce actually was easier to work with. I use lots of spices and often make my own spices, but I've never found anything to compare to Insanity Sauce.

Youre gonna need menthol toilet paper.
The cute little warning is no joke. This strangulatingly spicy sauce recipe is several decades old and more or less pre-dates the modern chilihead craze as we know it today. Contests, myths of magical peppers from India, The Hot Ones show, Da Bomb sauce; this basically caused all that. Its not known for flavor as the heat eclipse most flavor profile... but as someone with a huge spice tolerance i can push through and say it tastes like a lacto-fermented mash puree.. however is relatively flat. No vineger or sugarry tastes. Its all hot.The "mash" smell will really climb up your sinuses however. You know, it just hangs on and sizzles. This was considered high quality once but other gimmicky sauces have their own merit too so...Lasts for EVER cause.. if you know whats good for you and your health youll use it one drop at a time. Even a capfull in your chili bowl can render the dish inedible if youre not a heavyweight.A friend accidentally found/got into it in the company work fridge once. A tablespoon of this Daves sent him screaming at the top of his lungs "im on FIRE!!!" Dashing for the garden hose. Its still a great gag gift and for those who wish to cut it way down for their recipes. So delicious youll enjoy it twice if you catch my drift.
