I love this stethoscope. I've owned a littmans as well, and felt that this may be a quality alternative. I actually like it a bit more as far as sound goes, and the pulse timer is a great benefit. I hate having to wear a watch because of germs, and this eliminates the need. I'm getting a watch and great quality stethoscope for a great price. The all black is a sharp look as well.

Have had this for almost a year. Great quality havent replaced battery. The paint is chipping off but i clean it with medical clorox wipes after every shift

Definitely a good buy for the money. Can hear clearly, light weight, not hard on the ears, and the digital watch is a nice feature.

This was purchased so I can monitor the heartbeat of my sweet Border Collie who has a heart murmur, mitral valve disease, and high blood pressure because of these conditions. This item makes it very simple to find the heart beat and the sound clarity is very good.

Clock on head of scope went in and out, got a replacement and it did the same thing so just went to a different model

I have purchased and returned this item; the stethoscope itself is beautiful, feels like a high end quality stethoscope, however when trying to auscultate with it, disappointment reared its ugly head.Not only could I hear only from certain angles, but the sounds were not clear and room ambience was not canceled at all, I have tried all the ear plugs but to no avail.My apologies to the company however I found this to be unacceptable, comparing their good quality item with a 7.99£ stethoscope, the 7.99 one did not look as well made, but defiantly provided better sound.In their defense, perhaps I was sent a faulty item, but I was not willing to risk having to send another one back.Bottom line: -I would not recommend this model for auscultation of acutely unwell patients

Surprisingly good quality. I have been a Littman fan for years and bought this as a cheaper thing as I tend to lose them! In fact there is no perceptible difference in quality to the Littman.This particular model has an LCD clock: good idea in theory but the face is too small and dark to be of any use, and you have to look directly at it to see it. This might give the patient the false impression that you are staring at their chest! (I use it on dogs and cats so they don't complain about such delicate matters but human patients ...)

Leider geht die Uhr massiv nach und ist spätestens nach 2 tagen 15min zurück. Als medizinische Ausstattung dann leider unbrauchbar.Leider... Sonst ist das ein sehr schickes stethoskop.Nachtrag.Mitlerweile ist mir ein Riss im display der Uhr aufgefallen. Deweiteren sitzt die Uhr nicht mittig in der Fassung
