This is awesome!!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This was my first Rasberry Pie and was able to assemble it and install it without any major issues. In the video I talk more in detail of the process I followed for an easy installation. Have been using it for a few days and what I like is that it does not get hot and I am able to handle pretty much all the task that I do on my personal computer like browsing the internet and consuming video content. It will slow down a little if I try to play 1080P videos but can handle lower quality videos. Mainly got this to learn how to program and it already came with a software that has some platforms installed. I was pretty excited that I was pretty much ready to go and did not had to worry about installing any additional software or configurations to start programming. Pretty excited and have some good plans for the future which I know this will be able to handle.

Best kit I have found for the Raspberry Pi
This raspberry pi kit is an amazing kit. The pi fits into the case perfectly. The heat sinks stick on and fit in the case with no issue. When you open the top of the case, it is labeled with the Pi's components for easy identification of the different parts of the board. The SD card that came with it was pre-loaded with Noobs. The card was also more than double the capacity of cards that come with most kits I have seen. The power cable is nice because it has an on/off switch. Most of the time you have to unplug the power cable to turn raspberry pis off, but no with this one. I can leave it plugged in and still turn it off!Noobs was very easy to install and set up. WiFi was easy to connect to. Currently I am using g my Pi for Kodi to watch TV and movies. It works amazing. It is fast and loads video very well.I would definitely recommend buying this kit, well worth the money for what you get!

For noobs and nerds, this is beautiful toy to play with
For my project, this is complete package that I can get under my budget. This has got a faster CPU by about 200 MHz and has POE on this board. POE is Power Over Ethernet and the reason why this is really exciting. If you can power this device through the ethernet port then don't need an extra Power cord, but need to add extra hat in order to get POE working. It will be best for having USB camera hooked up to it.My current project is to make own cloud server / torrent box to help team to share data and files. It is quite and working very fine for couple of days test. Only thing I wish is USB 3.0 at least should replace 2.0 USB port rather jump to USB C port. For noobs and nerds, this is beautiful toy to play with.

It compatible with model b !
I got this Pi 3 B+ starter kit to replace my older Pi 3B. I used to using Pi 3 to monitor and control all the home applications. While as my home's number of application increase and worked under 24/7 condition, sometimes program occur freeze status and overheat condition. When I saw this new version came out, I was so happy because the new processor will become more powerful than previous one which can handle my issue. This starter kit come with a power cable,a case, a HDMI cable, one 32gb SD card, one card reader and 2 pcs heat-sinks.I had my old SD card from Pi 3 B. To my surprise, my program compatible both b and b+ version. That is reduce me a lot of work to make it compatible with each other. Another pro about b+ is that heat management is much better than b. Faster data transfer and wireless communication. The case looks really cool and protect the PCB getting damage. Really nice starter kit !

Everything you need to get started.
This is my first raspberry pi and I am very happy with the purchase. This comes with everything you need to get going. It was easy to put together - attach both heat sinks and click it into the case. Then push in the included SD card and hook it up to your display, mouse, and keyboard. When you start it up, Noobs will ask which OS to install - Raspbian or OpenElec. I had it install both. Now on subsequent start ups, it asks me which OS to use. They are both very user friendly. Raspbian is great for the typical "computer" experience and is familiar looking and easy to use. I haven't used OpenElec yet, but it is supposedly geared more for media play.

Everything works fine.
Hey it works fine. Flashed retropie and started playing. The SD checks out because it seems kinda sketchy at first but the 32gb is there. It's got everything you need.

I wanted to use this for small hobby projects
But ended up using to view social media post.Like:-Easy to assemble-quick to boot-quick to re-install OS (in case of infected of malware/ransom/virus/etc, as long they don't write into long term OS image this should be a reliable method of purging annoying system infection.Dislike:-It would lock up after a while (less than an hour, it may take a while for some research to prevent). The command "xset -display :0 s off -dpms" did disable the sleep mode but still lock up. (issue resolve)Note: It may take me a while to fully test this with projects and would update for something critical. Hope you enjoy yours.update 20190806:got contacted by customer support, raised by 1 star.look up the issue and I would attribute it to the following:- power supply (the one I bought was package with the purchase)- seem to be an issue with firmware and FAT partition(the post I saw was 6 years ago)- SD Card (the micro-SD card came as a package purchase, numerous other post claim no issue with their's and they are running web server with it)- Heat, it came with 2 heatsink and I installed them. There is a hole on top with the logo of raspberry. This should be enough to ventilate the heat. (most likely to be the culprit. When the ambient temperature lower, I will most likely try it again)update 20190810:after re-installing the OS, I updated OS with commands:sudo apt-get updatesudo apt-get dist-upgradeThen disable display off with:xset -display :0 s offAfter an hour, it work fine. The issue to have been resolve. Ambient temperature is also lower compared to the temperature when I initially experience the issue.
