The phone is very nice and stylish. But I couldn't get the tablet gift of the phone I bought two weeks ago because it came with a tablet. I didn't see any explanation, help or effort from Honor. I sent an e-mail, I reached customer service via WhatsApp. But it was useless.. In the end, if I get an answer like "You lost your right because you didn't reach us on the given date", then of course I will do what is necessary.

Bought it from their site and got the tablet gift. Very happy with the value, it's been running great so far, no bugs no issues, great screen great speakers. The only thing I would see improved is the camera, that feels too processed sometimes.

Camera was pretty good, but it was not better than an iPhone 15 Pro Max or Pixel 6 Pro, which is unacceptable for this price. Battery was reasonable ok, but it was downgraded from the original spec, maybe lasting a couple hours more than the Pixel 6 Pro. Operating system is currently like a public alpha. Errors on errors, crashes, login issues, major performance drops. It may get patched later, but for now I would not recommend buying this phone.

Maybe the phone is good, but for me I better stick with my galaxy s24 ultra
