Stand broke and couldn't fix the leg inside
The serrano ham shoulder arrived in a great condition, but quite salty and loads of bones which makes it difficult to cut. The stand is cheap quality as when we put the leg inside it broke. Could not be suspended as cheap wooden piece at the side for placing the leg inside it position.very disappointed as when you spend some money meed to have a proper quality.

Not worth it.
There is no meat in this ham leg, it has been cut off. The only think remaining is bone, fat and skin which has hair on it. Extremely thin.
