Installation was super simple, no tools needed and included even the Teflon tape, just screwed it on, and it was ready to go.The chrome finish looks great and blends right in with the rest of my bathroom. Worked really well for maybe a month and now it don’t work I ordered the double replacement pack the two and I ordered them almost 2 weeks ago and I have yet to get them. They haven’t even been shipped and this one’s ran out and I’m allergic to chlorine so it’s not been great so I don’t know what the deal is. Can’t get an answer. But this product was good.
