So far the best electrolytes for the per package price that we’ve found. Good salt and magnesium content. My husband and I are both runners and these have a noticeable positive impact on our running and recovery. Dissolved well enough. Prefer the strawberry kiwi and tropical punch flavors, but the lemon lime is good too.

I've tried many electrolyte replacement powders and this is my absolute favorite. Lemon-Lime is clean and fresh tasting, not as sugary sweet, syrupy or salty as other brands. (Great for anyone who gets that "sick" feeling after drinking other hydration drinks.) Flavor is a bit concentrated so just add more water. I tend to get light headed when dehydrated and feel better much better after drinking this.

Training for my first full marathon and stumbled across these at a food expo for work. This is an instant game changer. I’ve been a Gatorade packet girl, then tried Liquid IV… but THESE? Absolutely my new favorite electrolyte powder. The lemon lime flavor is perfect if you don’t like super sweet drinks (same, bestie). It keeps me feeling good during and after my long runs without that heavy, sugary feeling. I put about half in my Nathan water bottle to start and then when I refill my water I add the rest. My legs, my hydration, and my attitude all stay in check. Tons of flavors if lemon lime isn’t your vibe, but this one has my whole heart. My new go-to for marathon training! Plus - they run sales and you can get the box at amazing prices if you watch out for them. Worth it at full price but of course better on sale!

We’ve ordered the Body Armor Flash IV packets many times before and have always been really happy with them—lemon lime and Dragon fruit are our favorite! Normally they arrive in a sturdy box, but this time they were shipped in a paper mailer, and it didn’t hold up well. Both lemon lime boxes were banged up, and one was torn and open from the bottom, which compromised the seal. One Dragon fruit box was rough too. Luckily the others were still sealed shut. I’m fairly certain the damage happened during shipping but can’t say for sure. I’m not sure yet if we’ll use the damaged box, but I’ll definitely contact Amazon to report it. We love the product, but hope future orders come in better packaging.
