Prolux Core Electric Hard Floor and Tile Floor Cleaning Machine, 13" Home or Office Model

There a problem with this product it’s not good it’s only 110v no good for our power which is only 240v needs to go back to prolux , thanks , please help me solve this problem.

Awesome! Just what I needed. It's great at cleaning tough stains. The brush bristles are stiff and durable. I haven't used the other pads yet; all I needed was the brush. The extension cord is very long, very easy to use, and has a decent weight. It's heavy, but not too heavy. I'm glad I got it.

I think it’s ridiculous that you don’t get one pad with this product for $400 comes to my house with no scrubbing at all way unless I buy a pad or a scrubbing brush to go with it absolutely ridiculous. What a rip off.

I’m impressed with everything but the brush comes off if I am not very careful. Also, the company cannot be reached by phone. Send emails back and forth for days and finally they agreed to send a new brush and base. I ordered a second one and it has the same problem. I hope the new parts fix it but I should not be asked to work on it for free. I just want it to work. 10/27 Update: Prolux excels at customer service. Anna at Prolux worked with me until the problems were resolved. Thank you Anna. To compensate me for my time, they sent me a pad holder and three extra pads. The pad makes quick work of cleaning my epoxy garage floor. I am actually looking forward to my floor getting dirty again! Prolux is located in Utah.

We had a lot of floor tile in the kitchen and utility area that had gotten dulled over time. They needed a thorough deep-cleaning. This machine did the trick. It's heavy and heavy-duty. We bought the pad ensemble but quite frankly, haven't used them at all. This is easy enough to use for those of us who are older.

Bought this originally to buff/condition my bowling lane synthetic approaches (26 of them). Should have gone a little larger diameter but it did an ok job. Have to be very even on side to side motion on pressure because this thing likes to lean in and dig in the edges unless you go snail pace slow. It wasn't very efficient and I ended up buying a larger unit that did a much better job overall.
