PocketFlask

Great and effective flask. This is what most other companies use for their flask and rebrand it with their branding with a bit of upcharge. I use this for marathon running and I’ve never had any issues with leaking or taste (with water). I really like the locking cap they have for this. Prevents me from spilling water from the spout when sitting down. Fits well in my naked belt. Seems to hold form even when I freeze it to reduce bacteria growth in between my runs.

I use this with a Raide running belt and Salomon running belt. This has a perfect thinner profile. Although all Hydrapaks are flexible, the cap is inflexible. This flask keeps that rigid part slimmer and thus perfect for carrying tightly against the body. The nozzle is also perfect for carrying tight against the body because such tight tension can sometimes cause a bite valve nozzle to leak, but this comes with a valve to completely shut off the flow. It's an extra step to take a drink but it's worth it to prevent any leaks.

Perfect size and easy to carry. Took on hiking trip as extra water when using backpack.

Great quality if you are looking for a soft bottle. Unfortunately, once you start drinking from them they became almost impossible to get back into my Osprey Talon bottle slots. Returned for a hard bottle.

The lock mechanism is perfect for storing extra flasks in your vest/clothes without leaks! Does what I hoped it would.

I use this in an unusual way. I tend to have dry mouth while I am sleeping at night. So I just grab this container, which is laying on my bed, open it and refresh my mouth with a little drink It is perfect for this.

The Outer material is something that stops it from sliding in hydration vests and running belt. This is by far the most annoying. The opening is too small rich admitted home to put any powders or tablets like nuuns/salt inside. Water does not flow out as easily as the previous iteration.

I absolutely fell in love with these when a friend loaned me one on a hike one day. I bought my own, and they go on all my hikes now, in my dog's satchels! The 0.5L size is perfect for a pocket. I haven't noticed any leaks yet, and the twist top is helpful to prevent dribbles when not in use.

I’ve used this flask on a few runs now, and it’s been exactly what I was looking for. It fits nicely in the front pocket of my running vest and doesn’t bounce around much once it’s filled. I like that it gets smaller as you drink, so you don’t hear water sloshing around like you do with a regular bottle. The valve is easy to drink from and hasn’t leaked, even when I tossed it into my gear bag after a run. It’s also easy to fill and rinse out thanks to the wide opening. The material feels sturdy but still soft enough to fold down when it’s empty. The only thing I noticed was a slight plastic taste the first time I used it, but after washing it before the next use, it was gone. Overall, it’s a simple, well-made flask that does what it’s supposed to do. I’d buy another one without hesitation.
