The hose started leaking after less than 2 years.

We replaced our builder's grade shower head with this unit over a year ago and are still very satisfied. The rubbed bronze closely matches our other hardware. The arm allows the head to be closer so it can be easily adjusted. The pressure is still strong and its much more enjoyable taking a shower now than before we replaced the head.

Image shows a lot of parts not included. Like, a lot. This is a shower arm. I installed and it’s fine, but don’t like how it implies a complete shower set.

I am elderly and 4' 11". I have spent my life on tip-toes to reach things and climbed onto the edge of a tub to adjust the nozzle of the shower massager for years. I asked my husband to install a grip bar to prevent me from falling now that my knee is damaged and he opted to install this extender to bring the shower nozzle lower. I didn't want it, thought it would make me appear disabled. First time I used it and found how easy it was to reach and adjust it without effort, I nearly cried and wished I had been using something like this item for the past 50 years! It's easy to install and wonderful!
