My hair stopped falling out. I've been taking for like 3 months daily now. What made me start taking it is because my hair is getting very thin and when I was shower and wash my hair it would just come out and clumps. It was depressing and disturbing and it that rate I knew I would be bald. About a month after taking the supplements I noticed that when I wash my hair now there's a little shutting but nothing abnormal like before. I don't necessarily think my hair looks thicker, but it's definitely not falling out at the insane rate that it was. Sitting here is hereditary in my family for the women so I know there's only so much supplements can do but you will have to pry these from my cold dead hands because they have helped me. Also I feel like the thinning at the top is visibly reduced because once again it's not falling out in Clumps. Also I had blood work done two months after taking it and I'm not anemic anymore which is something I've been for years so I think it's safe to say it is from the supplements as well.

I bought this for my husband because his nails are so frail. He took this for exactly 30 days and his nails havent' really grown, but they are thicker, not sure how that works. I guess it works! We're trying it another month.He says it taste live vitamins, but good!

I am impressed on how fast I was able to notice fullness on my hair. Very happy with this product thus far.

Not the best working biotin I have tried. I did not really see any effects.

2 years postpartum and I was still struggling with hair loss when I decided to get back on vitamins and see if I see any improvements. When I started using these vitamins I would have a handful of hair on my brush after every brushing. After 1 month of use I've noticed significant Improvement and it was undeniable that these vitamins were to thank for. The smell is not the most appealing and it's a regular pill size. But the fact that it works is all that matters. They are on a price your side but which ones are not :-) you get some discount if you subscribe which I did because I know I will continue using them.

I have been taking this for a month and have yet to notice a difference with anything. Pill wise easy to take. health benefit wise i dont notice anything.

Quality supplement in easy to swallow form. I have seen improvement in skin,hair and nail health with consistent use.
