This is a great product to use on wounds, wounds heal quickly, easy to use, not sticky ( rub in well).

Works as it should. Help heal a nasty wound that needed some extra love and care

There needs to be more size options. This one feels laughably small but the next size up cost too much.Wish there was a better middle ground but I put this on my kids cuts often.

Works and it is natural

I recently started using the Improved Medihoney Gel Wound and Burn Dressing from Derma Sciences for deep wound care, and although doctors and patients have reported high efficacy, it's still too soon for me to determine its effectiveness after two weeks of use.I have been applying this product on an S4 sacral pressure sore with slight bone exposure. While the debriding process has been highly effective and encouraged sloughing fairly quickly, I have yet to witness any significant signs of epithelialization or granulation, which are crucial for wound healing.One aspect that I found challenging is the product's viscosity and stickiness. It makes it difficult to apply the goo cleanly, resulting in some messiness during the dressing change. To mitigate this issue, I would suggest applying the gel onto a band-aid or silicone foam dressing directly, and long before lowering the head of the bed to prevent vomiting, rather than directly into the wound bed. This approach helps maintain a quicker and cleaner application process.Furthermore, the cost of this product is quite high, which can be a concern for individuals seeking cost-effective wound care options especially for those whose wounds are very deep (greater than S2).While I am still uncertain about the efficacy of MediHoney, I will continue using it and closely monitor its impact on my wound. I believe it is too soon to provide a final verdict, and I recommend consulting with a healthcare professional for personalized advice on wound care alternatives.

The photo is advertised as the larger tube. When it arrived it was a tiny tube , still good stuff but won’t last very long.
