If you are considering buying this grounding mat, take my advice -- it's worth every penny. I experience better energy levels and less inflammation since using my mat. These things could all have other attributing factors, but nonetheless, the mat has made a noticeable difference in my mind, and that's what matters. I feel better after using this mat, and it's not terribly expensive, therefore it's a no brainer to buy one and place it where you spend the most time. You'll notice benefits. I began the practice of grounding as often as I could in the past year by going outside as the sun arose, placing my bare feet on the ground in my yard. However, this practice isn't always practical due to weather. This mat is my savior in that sense -- when I can't control the things I can't control, I can still get my daily grounding in! i have it plugged up in my home office where I spend most of my time. I put it at my feet or on my desk where I rest my arms. 5/5 stars. Will buy from this seller again.

Why ask for review after one day delivery. Give 30 or more days so I can use it and then be able to give a report. Outside that it looks good. Hopefully it works.

The product actually works. I have a standing desk in my room and i would stand on it when I am doing work. After hours of standing, I don't feel the pain I usually get when I don't have the mat. This mat will be going wherever I go. It can also be used when you are laying down. Great Size and Quality.

**Scam product!**I should have read the 1 star reviews and believed them. When testing this pad, my voltage actually INCREASED when I tocuhed the pad. I tried multiple tests and locations, including actually grounding the tester in the actual ground. Same end result every time.
