Norcold is not a good company to buy from.
Only lasted 1 year and a couple of months. Norcold said Warranty was out and pretty much tough luck. Would not recommend buying a new cooling unit. I was told Warranty started when I ordered. Didn’t receive until middle of July. July 19th 2019 it stopped working. Service tech was just able to get it in a week ago and called to say cooling unit was bad. Service Tech at Norcold was not a nice person. She needs to back to customer service school.
