OK, at first I was somewhat angry as the 1st shipment was lost at sea and it was difficult to remedy that, however I was able to roll it over for the 2nd attempt, and am glad I am persistent and patient. And thank you for responding to me and working out the snag! Excellent customer service, so rare these days. I'm not a "Challenge Coin" type Soldier, no disrespect intended to anyone, just is not my preference and I never bothered with the card or whatever. But I've handled many, and this one is exceptionally fine quality. Feels solid in the hand with a noticeable "heft", the details are sharp and clear, and an Army Full Bird liked it too.

Superior Quality and Detail
It was a replacement for the one I had from my 30 Army career. I am glad I was able to replace it with this one. I lost the first one in Quatermaster Laundry at Ft Campbell, KY.
