Pretty good!
Range is excellent, better than hoped.Audio on my end is good/decent. Noise cancelling is decent, not amazing not badPeople on the other end of the call or zoom tell me I’ve never sounded clearer and that it sounds like I’m standing in front of them (in a good way).Charging stand is simple but well constructed.

Outstanding Teams ANC Headset!! Much better than other well known brands.
I've been using ANC headsets for more than a decade for work. I've used Jabra, Sony, Seinheiser, Bose, Plantronics.. you name it. Nothing by far competes at this price point with these options. Yealink may not be as well known for telecoms headsets, speakerphones, and conferencing stuff, but they are a serious player that is creating a solid quality product. We've most recently replaced al of the Logi and Jabra speakerphones with Yealink and all I hear from everyone is that they like the new devices better. For this new wireless ANC headset -- they knock it out of the park. Before we get to the headset... Let's start with the USB-C transmitter and stand. Almost everyone with newer than 5 year old laptop or PC uses USB-C. Even Apple is figuring this out. So having the default transmitter as USB-C is perfect. They include a USB-C to USB-A adapter for those that still hold on to old tech. The stand is powered by USB-A which could be your computer, a smart power strip with USB, or a USB Block. This is the most functional option for power these days instead of proprietary power bricks. The headset is charged while on the stand by two contacts that effortlessly connect and charge. No more USB-C or USB Micro A adjusting to fit the stand. You don't even have to look at the stand while you reach over to remove or insert your headset into the stand... perfect (are you listening other brands?)The headset has multiple mode ANC for isolating external noise. Nothing is perfect in ANC, but this implementation is significantly noticeable removal of external sound and the busy noises of a load office or home. Nothing will block out an extremely loud child or office neighbor. From the microphone aspect, the multiple mic setup removes a lot of the external noise so that you sound awesome on your teams calls. There are side tone settings to increase the playback of your own mic'd voice through your speakers so that you are not screaming to hear yourself. This should be standard for all working headsets, yealink does this well with the BH74There's a teams button to answer calls or to initiate your cell phone assistant -- this works and is programmatically useful. I've included some of the app screens to share how detailed and professional the control app is for this headset. I'm not certain if they have a call center manager level application for these headsets but for the mobile warrior like me, it's giving me all of the options I want.I've had this for a month now. I use it every day and have tossed my yeoman Jabra Evolv2 75 to the curb. This is the champion for my everyday work until it is unseated. I don't expect that to be soon. These are comfortable on-ear, lightweight, and well featured. Excellent product.

VOICE QUALITY, CLEAR SOUND BACKGROUND AND TECHNOLOGY COMPATABILITY
The media could not be loaded. There are devices which can do multiple things. Many of us carry a smart phone, which is great at several different things. For multitasking devices, there does not have to be a specific task that it is great at. If a device is not designed for specific activities, there seems to be no need to commit to any one task. As long as the functionality, and quality is adequate, this is fair.PROS:The more you are involved with, Communications, Presentations, and Video Conferencing-Type Activities, the more you will appreciate Equipment Design for This. Even for Dictation, The Microphone and Headset, makes a difference. There is a difference between This Style of Communication, versus Communications, while Playing a Video Game. The expectations are the same, but the Needs, are much different.Since These are both Headset-Related Activities, there are Specific Functions and Features, that differ, when thinking of Dedicated Equipment. For Clearly Speaking, and Communicating, Clear Microphones, and Noise-Cancelling Headsets, are Designed to get the most from your Software, Hardware, and New Technologies, aimed at increasing Productivity. Take Better Advantage of These Technologies, by having a Headset with, Capable Features and Functions, Built-in. I Requested to Review The, BH74 Active Noise Canceling Wireless Headset with Mic for Work, 6-mics Hybrid ANC Tech, Microsoft Teams Premium Open Office Certified Headsets Bluetooth 5.3, up to 32h Talking, UC Compatible from, The YEALINK Store. If we know our Specific Activities, we can choose Equipment, with Features, that give us, the Best Experience. Plus, when we increase Productivity, and you can Hear, and can have a Clear Sounding Microphone, Communications happen much easier. This is taken for granted many times. Technology Hurdles do exist. Being able to take Advantage of Technology, and Software, makes interacting with different Entities, Companies, Family, and Friends. We want to Interact using Technology, except different People use Different Software, and Different Hardware, too. So, having a Headset, which can take advantage of different environments, allows you to choose more Programs to assist you with your tasks. It is still being able to Clearly Hear what everyone is saying, and that your Voice is Clear, is Most Important. Being able to cut-out unwanted background noise, is a must if you want clear communication. This is a, 152g Headset. Lightweight, and Easy to Connect to Multiple Platforms, with Multiple Use Cases. The Sound Quality, and Noise Reduction, are Incredible! Overall, Speaking and Listening are the Focus. The Dictation Software I use, missed No Spoken Words, with no Adjustments made. I Just Pushed the, "Mic" Icon Button, on My Software, and Started Speaking. Very Nice! I have some Nice Mid-Level Gaming Headset, and In-Ear Bluetooth Headphones, that Miss Spoken Words, and Confuse, This Same Software, into Misspelling, or Misusing Words.CON:You may need to Add Software for Different Aspects of Speaking, Communicating, Dictation, etc. Having a Headset Designed for This Activity, makes The Software, that much Better. It is the Interactivity with These Programs, and Software, that is more smooth with Dedicated Hardware, such as This Headset.

Great headset in WFH, Remote environment
First off, this is pretty comfortable compared to my Jabra Evolve (Single Ear), I like the ability to hear with that headset however this ones noise cancelling helps with my highly distracted attention span during a call. The mute button on the Mic does work in RDP whereas my Jabra it did not. The buttons do not function inside of RDP like picking up/ending call but that's to be expected utilizing a Softphone. The major issue I do not like is I like having the mic on the left side - I am left handed so it's weird to reach up with my right.Overall, solid headset, clear and noise canceling is a major plus. Would recommend.
