The cartridge pictured here is a #12 11RM and I ran it at 6.4-6.6 volts for shading and color packing on a small tattoo I was fixing up and let me tell you, this little machine is fun to use. Super quiet and vibration...??? What vibration!?!? I put a rubber band on the plunger, pretty lose, just to tighten up things and minimize needle play and I can't even believe how it put ink in there with minimal effort. I think I'm going to use this one to do "brush strokes" when I want a powder-like finish.For lining I wouldn't put this little machine above a 7.5 volts and wouldn't use anything larger than a 9RL cartridge.You can also use regular coil machine needles too! Just use another grip and tip instead of the included grip and plunger.All and all. This is a great fun little machine to do small work and detail work /touch ups. Don't over work the motor by setting high voltage on it and check the angle at the bend because since this is allow, it may have bent slightly during shipping. Mine was off by one degree but adjusting it makes a night and day difference.Just buy it already!!!

The media could not be loaded. Accepts stigma carts the grip it comes with is a grip for carts and it’s amazing it’s been running perfect at 7 volts to 7.5 bolts also does anyoe know the actual name for the tube that comes with this it acceptes carts and i cant find it but would love to have more of them

Although I love this machine, and I bought it because it was the least expensive. I'm sure you will love the rotary tattoo machine also it's super light & balanced & quiet order a kit because there are no other Automus products that go with the rotary machine, you will have to piece together everything you need for this machine from other suppliers

emergency purchase bc i lost my first starter machine that i purchased off amazon 8 years ago and didn't have access to my other supplies. that one was an incredible machine for the price and i still used it sometimes even though i have better ones and it was only ever meant to be a practice one. this one is flimsy and i hate it. can barely run a smooth line. rip :(

Worth it for small needle groupings. I run it around 4v and it does the trick to do fast dotwork. Make sure the needle isn’t hanging out too far. I also feel this is good for linework. It is so lightweight you can work in weird spots that are difficult. Don’t gamble, buy this only if it is offered on prime so you can return it if they send you a broken one. It’s my rule of thumb for anything I am worried will not work out of the box.

Awesome little machine, I fell in love with it from the first time I used it. It honestly does as good if not better than my $200 rotary machine. Really hate that it broke so soon because I truly found myself favoring it over any of my other guns. The customer service was absolutely amazing, hands down the best customer service I've experienced in the entire time I've been shopping on Amazon. I will purchase from this seller again and again without hesitation.

I think the machine is wonderful for what it’s worth. It’s not about how much your machine is worth, it’s the talent behind it. 7rnd liner and 5mag shader. I run it as high as it feels right depending upon the pass of the needle. I used a small rubber band to help hold the torque through the needle.

Item came in nicely packaged ran the machine for about 5 hours and it puts ink in no problem satisfied can't complain

Very good machine..and sound less .. smooth don't put any vibration when you tattoing..I'm really impressed..
