Directions To use Parodontax mouthwash, shake the bottle well before use. Use an approximate amount of 10 to 15 ml (about 2 teaspoons) and rinse for 30 seconds. Spit out afterwards but do not rinse with water. Use twice a day after brushing your teeth. Safety Warning Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes. If swallowed, seek medical assistance immediately.
