Good value for a quality straightener
Heats to proper temperature and heat stays in the location it is designed for, meaning I did not feel heat radiating down the handle. Works as described and well.

The flat iron got so hot on the outside where you hold it, so I had to return it. Also, it didn't glide very smoothly over my hair. I got a Remington instead and it is great.
