Works for me and is reasonably priced
Helps with my long-time insomnia. I like that the formulation is inclusive, and I don't have to buy separate supplements.

Useless
The reason that I give this product one star rating is because I do not know how to rate it as 0 star! Useless, made my sleep maintenance issue worse! I bought this because I watched a commercial ad about this product on TV recently!!

Definitely worked for me
This lets me fall asleep peacefully. I do wake up groggy but feel like a newborn baby when I wake anyway. I try to take right before the last thing I have to do for the night. Suggested is two but only need one. I’m 123 lbs and 5’4” for reference.

Effective - but capsules are too big!
Capsules are too big, too difficult to swallow. But they do help you sleep.

It really works
I must say that Natrol does work and helps sleep. I have been an insomniac all my life. I use to take narcotics to sleep. I did that for many years. Today’s doctors say that narcotics should not be taken so I live on California and THC gummies are legal. I tried many varieties of THC CBD and CBN. These drugs did help me sleep but I had headaches in the middle of the night. I slept better but I still tossed and turned a lot. I saw an ad for Natrol which was made of natural ingredients like Magnesium Glycinate, and Melatonin. I took the prescribed dosage and I feel asleep quickly and I woke refreshed. I no longer rely on THC and take Natrol and I am sleeping better. It works for me.

Not for me
I found this product was not useful for me at all. I had disturbing dreams when I did fall asleep, but did not sleep any better. I would not recommend this product.
