Fresh and potent
The flavor opens up as soon as added to a dish and is very potent. I use it to spice up my tea and a couple pieces are more than enough. The packet includes a surprisingly generous amount.

Okay - Thinner Than Expected
These are best used in cooking rather than the topping as suggested. They were smaller than anticipated so I found them easier to mix into a curry, and I blended them into a chili recipe as well. Texture wise they rehydrated okay, if a bit mushy, and I definitely prefer fresh for eggplant. These were okay though. I found they expanded and worked well with both dishes. I like that these are shelf stable and provided a great way to have eggplant when it's 'out of season' by me. Okay overall...

Fresh and fragrant
I wasn't sure what to expect with these mustard greens, but they are actually very good. They're a nice bright green color, seem very fresh, and have a good natural taste and fragrance. They work well for adding a hint of mustard-green freshness to different dishes. This is a very small bag, however, and may not be the best value for dried greens, and certainly isn't a perfect replacement for fresh mustard greens. I'm not entirely sure of the best use cases for this, but so far I think stews and lentil-based dishes are the best option.Overall - good quality, but not a very large bag of greens.

A great addition to various recipes
A quick way to add tomato to any dish. I tried them straight out of the pouch to see what dehydrated tomatoes taste like. Surprisingly, I understand why people say tomatoes are fruit. These have a sweet taste to them that I have never noticed from fresh tomatoes. Very pleasant. I am glad I tried these.

Quality dehydrated gooseberries
If you are new to Gooseberries then you may not know that they are commonly referred to as "amla" in India. Among the health benefits, the gooseberry offers anti-aging benefits, helps treat acne, and assists in addressing skin pigmentation issues while removing dead skin cells. Additionally, it acts as a natural hair straightener, prevents premature greying, reduces dandruff, conditions hair naturally, and helps prevent various hair problems. The taste of these berries is tart and they do rehydrate pretty well. Having them in this form is a perfect way to maintain them in your kitchen at the ready for your recipes. With some elbow grease, they can even be pulverized nicely.

Spicy Spicy! But A Good Kick
These chiles are spicy. Like really spicy. Like I need a drink hold on a second spicy. I was caught a little off guard when I tried them. However, they do work well in things like chili when you need to add spice and flavor. A little goes a long way though. I like that they don't go bad as quickly as cans of green chilis or fresh green chiles. It's nice to have on hand.

Well dried and good quality
I received “SHROOTS Dehydrated Bathua Leaves Flakes | 100% Natural Dried Bathua for Cooking & Seasoning | Rich in Nutrients & Flavor | 30g Each, (Pack of 1).” As the seller clearly states, this is a very small bag. It’s only 30 grams, or 1.05 ounces. The bag is a resealable mylar-lined pouch. The leaves have good aroma, and they look very fresh and well dried. There is no evidence of mold or mildew. They taste like good quality leaves.
