It is good! I bought this as a lumbar back brace after having surgery. While the brace is not as supportive as I was needed, it is far more comfortable than the corset-style brace I received from the doctor, and I think it will be comfortable enough to wear during sports activities or at work.

Student with herniated disk.
One of the best braces I have ever had in my life. I’ve had a herniated lower back disc for almost 10 years now and at least twice a year I have a sharp pulling pain in my back, and the rest of the time it’s hurts too, but not as much, therefore I have to wear something that would give me a good support.This brace is very comfortable, supportive and you can’t see it under your clothes. It is also very comfortable to sit while wearing it as well. I am a student and have to spend a lot of time sitting down, which is horrible for my lower back. When I wear this brace 90% of pain is gone.Quality is also very good.I’m very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend if you are looking for one.

Chemical smell
I just received my back brace wrap, and it stinks awful of chemicals (must be glue they used) it and the bag it was stored in smells horrible & eye irritating. I washed it on gentle cycle with washing detergent thinking it would help, but no use. Maybe if it was hung up outside for 6 months to air out it may be better. And the Velcro doesn't hold/stick very well. I would not recommend this product, search for something else.

Not very comfortable and didn't provide good support, heavy material makes it hot too so I couldn't wear it too long while I was working, which is what I got it for.

Amazing back support
This is a great product. It is a greatly made product that provides great back and posture support. I bought this product after researching many, as the work I do requires needs a greatly made product to provide real support for my back, and this was it! I highly recommend this product to anyone that needs real support from a great product.

It works great for me. I wear it around home when doing yard work. It keeps my back feeling loose and I am able to do everything I want to without my back hurting. I also wear it for bowling, it works great for that too. I will order another again when needed and I recommend to anyone with lower back problems.
