So I bought this product because of all the benefits it brings to the body mostly for gut health. I’ve heard great things about it. I heard rumors that it would curb your appetite. I have to say all the craving and the munching has gone away since day one, sometimes, I have to remind myself to eat, which is a bonus if you’re working on your weight and working out taste great definitely recommended. Don’t know if it’s part of the journey, but I’ve been taking it for four days now and I have slept so much better those four days again. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it, but I usually have trouble sleeping not that it gets you sleeping during the day at all. I take my drops in the morning.
