Do not waste your money. This is nothing but a scam. I took this for 45 days and absolutely nothing happened that they claim should happen. Nothing changed at all. Do yourself a favor and sign up through Hims.

This is a joke but it's really not it's just a straight rip off.
This is a joke everything on all the adds make you think this has shilajit , and a couple other ingredients known to actually work them this comes in the mail and it's nothing like every ad on the Internet or shopping on Google that leads you to Amazon for this product is. If I want more sodium, calcium and magnesium in my diet I'll eat some some things out of the kitchen or some Flintstones vitamins. Amazon says May return buy May until it's delivered then you try to return it and it says sorry this item is unreturnable.
