Product is great,I not good at making coffee but this machine is easy to use, the coffee came out from it just like came out from a professional machine.I start to make my Nesspresso,the dense foam is dense.Perfect machine.Highly suggest !

This frother worked great! Until it didn’t. After a year, it progressively would not froth until I agitated the whisk. Eventually, that minor manipulation would not revive it. Had the impression that it would behave differently between the different settings, but I could only get the device to recognize that I had pressed the “on” button once; there was no variation of that theme.

Owned this for 7 months and loved the frothier. Used it daily. Now it’s beginning to fail. I’ve tried switching out the coiled spinner, but all I end up with is bubbly hot milk. I’ve cared for it properly. Tried to contact company via Amazon but not possible. Researched it and contacted company in Flushing, NY almost 3 weeks ago and never heard back. Bad for business.

Overheats the milk with burnt milk caked on the bottom everything. Its a water and time waster in that heated setting. My sister in Europe has one called Senseo by Phillios and you rinse it Once and it's clean. The Laputa has a setting that when you push/hold the on button the blue light only is on and it froths the milk cold. Well that's just not good enough. Use the Max level for say hot Chocolate and ck the pics it over flows every time. I purchased another brand with the whisk attached to the lid such as the Senseo and I ll test it. Meantime, I'm returning this Laputa, just too many flaws.

This has the best froth we have ever gotten, and it always comes out warm. The only draw back is, you have to wash it after every use or you will have burnt milk on the bottom. Hand wash only. But worth the excellent froth.

2 months in the machine will heat milk but the frothing function doesn’t work anymore. Not pleased with the performance.

I like foamed coffee very much, this milk foaming machine help me a lot.It is very easy to use and I have to say that the bubble is perfect, it's worth buying.Now I could enjoy a fantastic coffee cappuccino at home everyday.I like this product, not only because the quality is good also got a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.
