I have very high arches so I needed something to really help me out as I tend to be on my feet a lot with my work. I chose this one due to the reviews and thought that gel would be comfortable. I was sadly mistaken, these insoles were very hard to cut and shape down to my size and when I finally put them in the shoes, it felt like I was standing on rocks. I dont know if I got faulty ones or if my feet are just sensitive, but I feel that they made my arches worse.

I had high hopes for these insoles but they didn't live up to my expectations. I found these to not have a good arch and were not very comfortable.

This has no support and is a total waste of money.

I get shin splints and I walk around for work. It is extremely painful to do so. I got these and there was immediate relief.

Insoles provide no arch support and nearly zero cushioning. They made my feet hurt, which is the opposite of why you want an insole to do..

These are the most comfortable insoles I've ever tried. They really help alleviate my ankle injury pain. However, I recommend not moving them from shoe to shoe too often or just being really gentle with them because the gel pieces can fall apart... especially the white bumpy part at the bottom of the shoe.
