Bought this back in December along with Magnesium as I was getting muscle cramps on keto. Most people are deficient in these two minerals, so I recommend you get them to supplement your diet.This product has kept very well. I take about 3g everyday, though I do use a 1g maca spoon to measure. You can dissolve in a small amount of water and take it as a shot with your magnesium, or you can sprinkle it over your dinner as a salt substitute.

Am happy with this product. Not the greatest taste, but in milk or hot chocolate it works well.

This arrived in good condition via Royal Mail. It’s a substitute for table salt. At 0.5-1 g per day, should last me 3-5 years and keep my potassium level within the normal range.

Great value for money, good quality resealable pouch. I’m using this to put in my drinking water whilst fasting, along with Celtic Sea salt and bicarbonate of soda.

Excellent product and worth the money. Very quick delivery too. Use it to help replace electrolytes while I'm doing fasting, along with pink Himalayan salt dissolved in water.( a large pinch of each in water does the trick!)
