I got this because I already had the 30000mah pack by this brand and works great so I figured I'd upgrade and get the new one that shows the wattage and time. Very disappointed so far.... With the cable it came with the highest Watts I get to charge my phone is 9w.my phone is rated to handle 45w. I even tried another cable that I use with my older power pack and tho it doesn't show the watts I know it charges at least at 20+ Watts for how fast it charges. I would have not bought this if i would have known. Please help me fix this problem or give me a refund....Update :4/23/25Well after returning the item the company reached out to me through email and offered to replace it free of charge. Not many companies do that now days so very pleased they did that. Thank you for the great customer service.

Great to have, the screen with count down on charge and discharge time is nice. Works wonderfully and is a great value

****UPDATED from 3 to 4 stars****I’m updating my review to reflect that this unit performs as expected on the power delivery aspect. My only wish is for the time remaining to be more accurate when charging. It does perform well when delivering power.The charging starts at 65 watts and it says 57 minutes and then the input drops down to 45 watts increasing time to an hour plus. The company has addressed my concerns and have been very responsive in the process.The conclusion is that it takes between an hour and half to 2 hours in perfect conditions, and don’t pay attention to time remaining when charging as it may fluctuate.My original review:First time charging it and it goes down to 8 watts charging when at 87%??? what a joke!! it went from 30 minutes to charge to 2 hours and 20 minutes….unbelievable! I’m only giving 3 stars because I haven’t used it for the first time, but the charging aspect is outrageous.

This is quite a beast of a portable power bank. It's built like a brick and has some heft to it. The quality is apparent from the start in the quality of the packaging, all the way through the build and construction. I really like the form factor of this vs. the usual candy bar style of power banks. This one can sit up right and has a rubber pad on the bottom to keep it from sliding around and the 4 USB (2 USB-C and 2 USB-A) on the other end facing up, There is a a digital display on one of the long side that is covered in a shiny black translucent plastic. The display is really nice and has all the information you need to tell what the power bank is doing. It shows overall remaining charge, an input/output icon and then the amount of power going in or out. Then whether power is going in our out, it will show how long the battery will last or how long until full charged (when charging). There is a simple power button on the right side of the digital display.This Baseus powerbank is rated at 20800mAh at a max of 145W, which is using the 2 USB-C port with one maxing out at 100W and the 2nd at 45W. The main reason I got this is to extend the battery life of my laptop. I'm often away from my desk at work and don't always have access to a outlet and this should be a good solution to extend my run time before needing to plug in. I was able to plug this into my USB-C port on my laptop and it shows charging like it was plugged in. My laptop uses a 65W power supply, other wise, I get the usual low power warning when I use an underpowered power supply. No warnings using this power bank so perfect.This will also be a good travel companion to power my laptop, tablet, charge up my phone and other devices. At 20,800mAh, it should last enough to last through a day of travel and still be able to bring on a plane. Love it.

I originally got this charger to use with my Steam Deck while on vacation! It charges it pretty fast, almost as fast as the original wall adapter! The display is great to see exactly how fast the charge as well as an estimated time to completely charge whatever device you're charging. However, if charging multiple devices, it seems to only show the stats for the devices that draws the slowest charge. Overall though, it's a great, powerful portable charger

This might be an excellent charger but I can’t get past it being so heavy. I use these on the go but this particular one is too heavy to go in my purse for that reason I have to send it back. I opened the box but didn’t use it. I bought because it’s from the best company I’ve dealt with. Baseus. There charges are by far the best out there…

Amazing charger with smart display. I'm using this as a backup charger for my laptop/phone, etc. It works perfectly charging my Lenovo Yoga 9i laptop and fast charging my Galaxy S25 Ultra phone. The connections are nice with USB A and USB C ports. They all work intuitively. The digital display is great. It shows the percentage of power left, power delivery, and estimated time left. It also shows the estimated time to charge while charging the bank.Overall build quality is nice and solid. I now keep this as a backup power bank in my backpack with my laptop.
